Dr. Jorge Alberto Valencia Guevara is an international attorney with 22 years of experience whose practice focuses on sophisticated cross-border transactions, international business law, foreign investment, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal counsel involving the United States, Latin America, and Europe. He advises corporations, entrepreneurs, family offices, investors, and high-net-worth individuals on complex commercial transactions, international business expansion, corporate governance, and multinational legal strategies.

Dr. Valencia earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and has pursued advanced studies in international diplomacy and international relations. His multidisciplinary legal background allows him to provide practical and strategic counsel while understanding the commercial objectives and geopolitical considerations affecting international clients in today's global marketplace.

Admitted to practice law in the Republic of Colombia, Dr. Valencia is a member of the Colombian Bar. His legal practice concentrates on international transactional law, cross-border commercial transactions, foreign investment, corporate governance, and international business matters involving multiple jurisdictions. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, International Law Section, and the International Law Section of The Florida Bar. His participation in these organizations reflects his continued engagement with the development of international legal practice and comparative law. As an international attorney, Dr. Valencia regularly advises clients on matters involving multiple jurisdictions while working in collaboration with locally licensed counsel whenever required by applicable law and professional responsibility rules.

Beyond his legal practice, Dr. Valencia is an accomplished author, academic, historian, and medievalist whose scholarly work focuses on the history of Spain, medieval institutions, genealogy, heraldry, and the evolution of Spanish noble lineages. His research examines the historical, legal, and institutional development of the Hispanic world and the enduring influence of medieval traditions on modern legal and political systems.

Dr. Valencia is a member of the historic Castilian House of Valencia and belongs to several distinguished Spanish nobiliary institutions, including the Maestranza de Caballería de Castilla and the Corps of Nobility of the Kingdom of Seville, where he serves as a member of its Board of Nobles. He is the President of the Casa Valencia Foundation and the Queen Isabel the Catholic Foundation and is a founding member of the Hispanist University Ysabel the Catholic in Medina del Campo, Spain. He is also a member of the Academia Hispanoamericana de Historia, Genealogía y Heráldica, where he actively promotes scholarly research in Hispanic history, genealogy, heraldry, and medieval studies.

In addition to his legal and academic work, Dr. Valencia is a nationally recognized political and legal commentator who has appeared in hundreds of television and radio programs throughout the United States and Latin America. He regularly provides analysis on constitutional law, public policy, international affairs, geopolitical developments, and issues affecting the Hispanic community. He is the host of Tomémonos un Café on EVTV Network and co-host of Tomémonos un Café con Fabio Andrade on La Poderosa Radio in Miami. He also serves as Legal Director of Colombia Habla US, a social welfare organization organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, where he provides legal and strategic guidance on civic engagement and public policy initiatives affecting Colombian-Americans.

Adriano Maissen studied law at the University of St.Gallen and graduated in 2010 with an M.A. HSG in Law. He then worked as a court clerk and in a St.Gallen law firm. In 2014, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the University of Miami. Adriano Maissen then worked for a Zurich commercial law firm and in the legal departments of international companies. In 2015, he completed the CAS Forensics at the University of Lucerne.

Adriano Maissen is admitted to the bar throughout Switzerland. He regularly advises clients in the areas of criminal law, road traffic law, employment law, tenancy law, contract law and represents clients in court and before authorities. As a notary, he certifies company formations and resolutions as well as marriage and inheritance contracts.
